शास्त्र (Theory)

सम, खाली, ताल एवं लय (ठाह, दुगुण और चौगुण का ज्ञान)।
Sam, Khali, Taal and Laya (understanding of Thaah, Dugun, and Chaugun).
परिभाषा – लास्य, ताण्डव, नृत्य, आवर्तन।
Definitions – Lasya, Tandav, Nritya (dance), Aavartan (rhythmic cycle).
सलामी और तत्तकार के बोल बोलने का अभ्यास।
Practice of reciting the bols (syllables) of Salami and Tatkaar.

क्रियात्मक (Practical)

ग्रीवा संचालन।
Neck movements (Greeva Sanchalan).
त्रिताल में दो भिन्न प्रकार की तत्तकारो का प्रदर्शन।
Presentation of two different types of Tatkaar in Tritaal.
त्रिताल में दस सरल टुकड़ों का प्रदर्शन।
Presentation of ten simple Tukras in Tritaal.
त्रिताल में आमद एवं सलामी।
Aamad and Salami in Tritaal.
दादरा ताल में एक नृत्य।
One dance item in Dadra Taal.
